We strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Government Rejection
If an application is rejected by the government authorities, the fees paid directly to the respective government departments are non-refundable.
Errors from Our Side
In case of any mistake or error caused by us, we take full responsibility and will rectify and process the application at no additional cost to the customer.
Payment Gateway Charges
For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, the payment gateway charges will be deducted before processing any refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 7 business days.
Application & Typing Fee Deduction
For all refunds, an application and typing fee of 5% of the total amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.
