We shall not be held responsible in the event that the department rejects the service.

If services are not completed due to an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and issue a refund.
3. Reimbursement Limitation
Under this policy, reimbursement will be limited to the remaining balance after deducting the amount already spent on the completion of the service.
