Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Fimkin Online or our services. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

About Fimkin

Fimkin is an independent document consultancy and corporate services provider helping clients with UAE business setup, trade licensing, PRO services, visas, document attestation, AML/compliance support, and related administrative services. We are not affiliated with any government authority, embassy, consulate, or ministry.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use our paid services. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@fimkin.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or fraudulent.

Services

Service descriptions, timelines, and fees shown on Fimkin Online are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Actual government processing times, approvals, and fees are controlled by the relevant authorities and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any government application will be approved.

Where we assist with filings, we act as a service intermediary based on information and documents you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted materials.

Documents and information you provide

You warrant that documents and information you upload or submit are genuine, complete, and lawfully obtained, and that you have the right to share them with us for processing. Providing false, forged, or incomplete documents may result in rejection, delays, additional fees, account suspension, and liability for resulting losses.

Fees and payments

Prices may include Fimkin service fees and/or government fees. Government fees paid to authorities are generally non-refundable. Online payments may be processed by third-party payment or installment providers under their terms. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method for amounts due.

• Quotes are valid only for the period stated or until changed
• Additional government or courier charges may apply if requirements change mid-process
• Wallet credits, offers, and promotions are subject to their stated conditions

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, government fees are typically non-refundable; approved service-fee refunds may be subject to processing deductions and timelines described in that policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, app, or related systems
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure
• Upload malware, scrape content at scale without permission, or reverse engineer the platform except as allowed by law
• Harass staff or other users, or misuse support channels

Intellectual property

Fimkin Online branding, logos, website/app design, text, and software are owned by Fimkin or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for limited personal use of materials we expressly make available to you for your service request.

Third-party services

Our platform may link to or integrate third-party payment, messaging, maps, analytics, or government portals. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Fimkin is not responsible for third-party content or outages outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fimkin disclaims warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly agreed in writing for a specific engagement. Outcomes of government applications depend on the relevant authorities.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fimkin and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the fees you paid to Fimkin for the specific service giving rise to the claim (excluding government fees paid through us to authorities).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fimkin from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or inaccurate/unlawful documents or information you provide.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payments owed, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will continue after termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the services.
